Dear Senator Sanders: I am hoping to attend tomorrow’s meeting but I am running a free kids dental clinic at my hospital, Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital in Lebanon NH. I am deeply concerned about access to oral health care for residents of Windsor County, where i live and also where many of our in and outpatients reside. I have grant funds to pay for emergency dental care for kids, thanks to United Way. I run a school based dental program in several towns on both sides of the river. But I also get many calls each month from adults in dire need but I have no where to refer them. As you know, Red Logan clinic has a 3 month waiting period. There are NO OPTIONS for uninsured adults. If I cannot make it to the meeting tomorrow please call me during the week at 603 443 9548. I would love to talk with one of your staffers about solutions here in a place where it is quite unlikely we will have an FQHC anytime soon, as you well know.

      THANK YOU.
